Research into target audiences
We did some research to consolidate what we should concentrate on when it comes to identifying our target audience. We made a questionnaire that people could participate in in order to investigate this. From our audience research we were able to take ideas that helped our inspiration for our final product. We saw from the research that orchestral sounds were the most popular and we really want to include that in our final piece. Rowan is interested in adding something with Violins and Pianos to make a violent effect. We also found importantly that the beach setting was favoured by those in our research. This is great for our group because we're hoping to film on the beaches in Kent, and we have taken inspiration from Broadchurch where a body is found on the beach- which begins the whole series.
